But their story isn’t finished. I’ve known Ris for over a decade. And in that time I’ve seen her be a better mother than I ever even hoped to be, to children who were not her own. I’ve had first hand experiences of both Ris and Tevan’s willingness, capability, and desire to fiercely love those around them. I can think of no better place, no better home, no better parents than these two people who want nothing more than a child to cherish, nourish, foster, and love unconditionally.
